Access to and use of this or any linked website is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions"), which include our Privacy Policy. If you access, use or obtain any content, products, or services through our website(s), you agree to be bound by these terms. Do not use our website(s) if you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

Words beginning with a capital letter are defined in this Section.

Any Destination.com and Any Destination.ca are copyrighted terms used to describe and name the site(s) we operate and which are discussed herein.
"Mark(s)" means trademark, trade name, service mark(s), trade dress, logo, custom graphics, or icon identifying our site(s).
The Any Destination.com/ Any Destination.ca Mark(s) is a legal trademark of the site depicting a logo with a cartoon image airplane having cartoon image characters over the captions of Any Destination.com or Any Destination.ca as shown on the site(s).
Content" means Mark(s), products, statements and services, logo, text, documents, information, data, articles, images, photographs, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, designs, features, and other materials that are available on the Site(s).
"Subscribed Member" means an individual who has registered with the Site(s) through the Site(s) newsletter service
"Member ID" means the e-mail address each Subscribed Member uses.
"Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca" or "we," or “our” or “us” means anydestination.ca or AnyDestination.ca
"Products and Services" means the airline travel, cruises, hotel accommodation, car rental, ground transportation, tours, theatre tickets, newsletter, loyalty rewards, dining, attractions, vacation packages, travel insurance, travel alerts, and other items available through the Site(s) including various vendor product offered through the AnyDestination Shopping Mall pages.
"Provider" means Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca licensors, suppliers, information providers, and travel and leisure service providers and various other vendors products offered through the AnyDestination Shopping Mall Pages.
"Book" means to reserve.
The terms "Site(s)", "Mark(s)", "Content" and "Products and Services" do not include the sites, mark(s), content, products or services that are provided by third parties, and that are available through a link from the Site(s) including those links to individual vendor sites listed or displayed in links and icons that provide links from the Site(s) or in as links or icons in the AnyDestination Shopping mall pages.
Their use is subject to the terms set forth by their respective owners or operators on the third party's website.
"Site(s)" means the Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca website(s) with the respective Content, Mark(s) we use.
"Exclusive" offers may be exclusive to Any Destination.com/ Any Destination.ca/

2. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate your use of Content, products or services available through the Site(s) Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca. You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and to use the Site(s) in accordance with all applicable laws, rulings and regulations, and to do that in the favour of Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca and its Providers including vendor whose icons or links are displayed on the Site(s) or in the AnyDestination Shopping Mall Pages.   

Additional Terms
Additional terms, to those referred to in Terms and Conditions may apply when you Book or purchase products or services, or when you participate in other promotions or when you shop the AnyDestionation Vendors sites listed by icon or link on the AnyDestination Homepage or in the AnyDestination Shopping Mall Pages (For example, airlines have transport policies, hotels have cancellation policies, that may affect your bookings. Those sites should advise you of those their additional terms and conditions of use.)

You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions imposed by any Provider, including payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding the availability of products or services.

Responsible party
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your assigned password. In addition, you will be financially accountable for all use of our Site(s) by you and anyone using your password and login information.  

Minors (as defined under the laws of their respective jurisdictions or residences are not eligible to register for, use or Book the Products or Services available on the Site(s).

3. Making use of the Site(s)

Do not copy, distribute or sell
You may not modify any of the Site(s) Content in any way nor, nor sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any portion of the Site(s) in any form to any third parties

You may use this Site(s) for bookings and reviewing content only and for purchasing products.

Any Destination.com/ Any Destination.ca will grants you only limited, personal, non-transferable use to access and use our Site(s) as laid out in these Terms and Conditions.  We do not grant you any other rights or license with respect to this Site(s). Unless we have granted you written permission in advance, you may use the Site(s) only for your personal, non-commercial reasons, and not provide services to a third party other than to make bookings for those travelling with you or those you are paying for bookings regarding non-commercial purposes and purchase products offered by the various vendors assuming your own risk for accepting those various vendors products or services and not hold AnyDestination.com or AnyDestination.ca Site(s) and indemnify and save harmless AnyDestination for your selection, booking or purchase of the various vendors products or services.

Subscribed Member
To become a Subscribed Member, you need to give us your email address and answer a few questions on the Newsletter registry form. All answers are optional.

Termination
In its sole discretion Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our Site(s), even if access continues to be allowed to others. Upon such termination or suspension, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site(s), and destroy any copy you have made of any portion of the Site(s). Accessing the Site(s) after such termination, suspension, or discontinuation shall be an unlawful infringement.

We Reserve Right To Make Changes
Our Site(s), without prior notice to you, may be changed or updated, discontinued, suspended at any time; however, those updates are at our sole discretion. You agree that Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca shall not be liable to you for any delay or other effects or harm that might result from such changes, suspension, or discontinuance. At our discretion, we retain the right to make changes to content and products in the Site(s) including but not limited to: newsletter, Products and Services offered, alerts, offers, promotions, prices, fees, names, loyalty rewards, special pricing, exclusive bookings, vacation packaging and promotions codes assigned to our customers and users.

4. Privacy
Your use of the Site(s) is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree that you have read our Privacy Policy, and it is reasonable and acceptable to you.

Your acceptance of these Terms is also your consent to the private information practices in our Privacy Policy.

5. Services and Content

Continuous operation of our Site(s)
Our Site(s) is intended to remain open to you continuously. Situations out of our control can happen, such as down time for maintenance or system outages that may prevent our ability to do that. We cannot guarantee unfettered access to our site and assume no responsibility or liability for interruptions in the Site(s) availability

Content
Information provided regarding our service, products, etcetera, are handled by vendors other than Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca; therefore we will not be held accountable or liable for errors or omissions. That is your responsibility, to judge content and accuracy of the Site(s) and other sites we link to. Information provided may not be complete, current, or relevant to your use.

We will transmit confirmations shortly after a reservation has been paid. If you have not received confirmation of your booking via e-mail, you should first examine your "spam" or "junk" folder in order to make certain that it has not been lost. If that is the case please contact our customer service department @ anydestinationa1@gmail.com . We will attempt to respond to you within 24 hours. AnyDestination, its sites and its Parent company have no control over the products offered for sale by the various vendors in the AnyDestination Shopping Mall or of the products offered by the Flight, Hotel, Cruise, Car Rental and Vacation Packaging and Attraction, tour and Show Ticket Vendors. When you purchase products or services offered by vendors from AnyDestination Shopping Mall Vendors, or otherwise, you assume full responsibility and indemnify and save harmless AnyDestination.com and AnyDestination.ca and the Parent company for your having done so.

Internet Pests
With the advent of the Internet many pests have arisen. We assume no responsibility for viruses that may delete files and reservations or may be transmitted to you. Our Site(s) is always well maintained and we recommend that you do the same with your hardware and software. If by chance our Site(s) does get infested with virus or viruses, it is your sole responsibility to have the necessary safeguards in place to protect your own computer. Your use of our Site is represents your approval of indemnifying and saving us harmless in the event of such occurrences.

International Travel
Travel to some destinations can involve greater risks than to others. You are advised that you should be apprised of the safety of destinations that you choose to travel. Please review and evaluate all travel prohibitions, warnings and advisories issued by your state or countries respective security bodies. You should also make contact with the necessary aviation bodies before booking travel to all international destinations. It is prudent to research Internet travel advisory pages to become properly informed about your travel destination.

Entry documents
Insure that you have the necessary entry documents for those countries you intend to visit. Check with the individual nation’s consulate body for advice. Also ensure that you have the required passports or entry documents to re-enter the country you reside in. Resident Aliens of the USA and non residents of Canada should take particular caution that they have the required permits to re-enter.
By offering for sale and travel to particular international destinations, Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca  do not warrant or represent that travel to a particular point is advisable or without risk and we do not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

Any communications or materials you transmit through the Site(s), by electronic mail or otherwise, including data, question, comments, blog, compliment or otherwise ratings of a property or attraction, suggestion, idea, or the like, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca may charge a fee for each booking provided when you purchase travel services, accommodations tickets for entertainment, vacation packages and other Products through the Site(s), hidden or otherwise. Such service fees are non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site(s).

9. Disclaimer of Warranty
Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca, its Providers and sub site(s) do not provide warranty regarding the Site(s), Content, Products or Services provided. We and our Providers disclaim any representation or warranty that the Site(s) will be free from errors, or other harm advising you that communications to or from the Site(s) should be secure and should be un-intercepted and that the Services and other capabilities offered from the Site(s) should under normal circumstance be safe as provided by our security measures. We do not warrant that the Site(s) Content will be accurate, complete or timely. The inclusion of Product or Service on the Site(s) does not mean we endorse or recommend those.

Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions along with all implied warranties and conditions of the travel business.  

10. Limitation of Liability

Use of this Site and its Content is at your sole risk. Services and Products we make available on this Site(s) are subject to conditions imposed by the Providers, including but not limited to tariffs, conditions of carriage, international conventions and arrangements, and federal government regulations. Providers who furnish products or services through this Site(s) are independent contractors, and not agents or employees of Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR THE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS SITE(S) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH: (I) ANY USE OF, BROWSING OR DOWNLOADING OF ANY PART OF OUR SITE(S) OR CONTENT, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THIS SITE(S) FOR RESERVATIONS OR TICKETING), OR (III) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON PERFORMANCE BY US OR ANY PROVIDER, OR (IV) ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, EVEN IF ANY DESTINATIN.COM / ANY DESTINATION.CA / AND THE PROVIDER(S) HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

If, in spite of the limitation above, Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca / or a Provider are found liable for any loss or damage arising out of or are in any way connected with any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then we and the Providers' liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of US$400.00. Various jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the limitations above may not apply to you if you reside in those.

11. Indemnification

You agree that you shall indemnify and save harmless Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca/ and any of our Providers, the officers, directors, employees and agents of each from any cause of action, claim or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, or in excess of the liability described above, in any action filed or initiated by any third party against Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca /resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part and that any violation you commit by your use of our Site(s) or by using it for a third party deeming a breach of law not to be held against us.

12. Travel Services Terms and Conditions 

Reservations and bookings
It is required by law that air carriers provide to the public the terms and conditions of their respective carriage and our Site(s) makes available the fare rules for all tickets before booking. You hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions of booking imposed by all suppliers that you purchase from.

Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca the FAA, nor any provider of air traffic data make any promise or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any delay or other air traffic management information on this site, and expressly disclaim liability for any errors and omissions made in the airline booking as a result of those errors.

State Licensing for ticketing and travel bookings
Any Destination.com / Any Destination.ca / is a member partner of World Choice Travel Partners which does its bookings in various jurisdictions. World Choice Partners through its network does all of the bookings for our Site(s).  Any question or investigation of its license to book could be directed to World Choice Travel for its respective license arrangements.

13. Disputes If you take any legal action relating to your use of our Site(s) or these Terms and Conditions, you agree to file such action while also, indemnifying and saving harmless World Choice Travel from legal action.  Any such action or any action that we or you may initiate will allow the prevailing party to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

14. General

Your acceptance of these Terms does not permit to assign, entrust, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. If we fail to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach on any occasion, we are not waiving our right to hold you accountable with respect to future or similar breaches. If a court finds any of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable other Terms and Conditions will remain valid and enforceable. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for your review and as a courtesy.

These Terms make up the entire agreement between us relating to your use of our site, and replaces any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of our Site(s).

We may modify, revise or update these Terms and Conditions and/'or the Privacy Policy, at any time in our updates. Visits to this page from time to time are prudent for you the review of current Terms, because those that are updated ones are binding on you.
