Let Us describe to you herein those principles and practices that apply to the collection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as Personal Information) about our customers and those users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) of Our Site(s) and Product and Services as that applies to any Personal Information collected from You on our Site(s), in telephone, or email communications, or through interviews, surveys, the loyalty rewards program, or through newsletter subscription.

“Guest” described herein shall mean any individual who can search and book Products or Services on the Site(s) without becoming a Subscribed Member
“Subscribed Member” described herein shall mean any individual who has registered with the Site(s). Subscribed Members provide their e-mail address to subscribe.
“Member ID” describe herein shall mean the email address you have chosen to provide the Site(s).
“Personal Information” described herein means any information, document in any form, about an identified individual or an individual whose identity may be taken from the information we gather. This may or may not include, age, marital status, mailing address, e-mail addresses, billing and or account information, telephone number, travel preferences, passport Identification number and other information relevant to providing our Products and Services including information about individuals travelling with You.
“Book or Booking” described herein means to reserve, or reserving, or a reservation.
“Products and Services” described herein mean flights, accommodations, car rentals, dining, vacation packages, ground transportation and event ticketing, loyalty rewards and event, show or entertainment ticketing and travel alerts and other items available from the Site(s).
“Session Data” described herein means usage of information, such as the type of Internet browser and operating systems and individual uses or communications with, the domain name(s) of the site(s) from which an individual came, the date, time and length of the visit, frequency of visits, average amount of time spent on the individual site, pages used and domain name(s) of the individual site(s) and number of cookies used.
2. When you give Consent

By providing the Personal Information of others, You represent that You have all the required authority and/or have acquired those necessary consents from such individual(s) to allow Us to collect use or disclose that Personal Information from others as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

If Booking Products or Services as a Subscribed Member from our Site(s) and You provide payment or other necessary information including, as an example, billing information, driver information or similar information as required by the travel service provider(s), that information is collected.
If We advertise on third party sites
If You visit a site on which We advertise and click through Our advertisement, We may place cookies on your computer or use pixel tags. The information that We collect through this technology is not personally identifiable.
If You Book Products or Services for a third party
If You Book Products or Services for a third party using Your Member ID and password, We will collect the third party’s name and contact information and other information as required by travel service provider(s), allowing Us to complete the Booking.
If You use this Site(s) as a Guest
If You are not a Subscribed Member You may use our Site(s) as a Guest. If Booking Products or Services as a Guest, You may need to provide Personal Information to Us to complete your Booking (example: name, phone number or billing information) as required by travel service provider(s). Therefore, You need to provide an e-mail address so that We can send You your Booking confirmation. With that We will provide a temporary password so that You can return to the Site(s) if You need to review the information about Your Booking.
If You Subscribe
If You become a Subscribed Member, We will collect your name and e-mail address so that You may receive promotions or offers from Us.
If You Book Air or receive Any Destination Flight Alert service
Our Any Destination Alert service provides updates about Your air travel arrangements, for example, changes in gate assignment or delays in departure or arrival time. Any Destination Alerts are automatically sent to your e-mail address You provided Us with the revised air itinerary.
Make certain You update Us if You have changed Your e-mail address.
If You write or call to Our Customer Service
If You write or call to Our Customer Service, We may collect contact information (for example name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address) and information about the relevant Booking as necessary to assist You. For example, if You call for assistance with a pre-existing Booking, or to make a Booking, We may request Your contact and billing information.
If We send You e-mails or e-newsletters
If we transmit an e-mails or newsletters to You via e-mail, or when You forward a promotion or search results to a third party, We may trace the follow up of those e-mails

Enhancing the Personal Information on Our clients is always best for Our business and We like to keep in touch with You, so we keep in touch with You and those You Book for electronically.

We frequently will use Session Data, collected through various electronic means (i.e. pixel tags and cookies) to better understand how Our Site is navigated, how many visitors arrive at the various pages, the duration and frequency of visits to Our Site(s). We will never, at any time, request your credit card information, Member ID, login password or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

At times We may disclose your Personal Information as follows to: 1) Travel service providers with which You make arrangements through our Site (e.g. airlines, car rental, hotel, ground transportation, theatre, attraction or travel insurance). We provide them with the Personal Information needed to make and complete the Booking. 2) Organizations that perform Services for Us (for example to provide customer service, deliver tickets, ship items, process credit cards, for research, marketing, data processing, to measure the use of Our Site(s), to facilitate usage by You, or to offer credit card services or evaluate the creditworthiness of You). 3)We will share with these companies only that Personal Information which they need to work on Our behalf. Some of these service providers may be located in various countries outside the USA or Canada. We and our providers will give access to all the information provided with the Booking to the applicable government agencies of the countries to or from which You are traveling, but only if we are requested to do so by these governments.
In order to protect Us
This policy does not cover the use of Your Personal Information by our service providers (i.e. hotel, airline, cruise ship suppliers, or other suppliers). We encourage You to read all those company's privacy policy statements that are involved in Your travel arrangements before requesting any of its products or services.
